Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with your payment reference number. vb33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

• The wagering requirements associated with the bonus must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
